Visitors to the Consular Office, passers-by, and even kids playing in the park have supported the appeals by the practitioners with smiles, encouraging comments and by giving a thumbs up sign. They have taken leaflets revealing more about Falun Dafa and exposing the Jiang regime's campaign of genocide against the peaceful practice.

Athens is one among many European capitals where the practice of Falun Dafa has spread. The city has practice site where practitioners gather twice a week and where new people can come to learn the exercises. The practice has been received with interest by the Greek people, whenever practitioners go to downtown Athens to introduce it, the sight of gentle exercises always attracts a crowd of onlookers, and many people stop to learn more about it.
