Upon hearing this, Washington DC Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in front of the Chinese Embassy on February 13 to strongly call on the Chinese government to bring Jiang Zemin and his associates Luo Gan, Liu Jing, and Zhou Yongkang to justice.

(Clearwisdom.net) In the evening of February 13, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners from the San Francisco Bay Area gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco to show support for fellow practitioners in China, call for an end of the persecution and request the Chinese government to bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice.
