On November 26, personnel from Shihezi City's Police Department arrested Ms. Niu Mengling from the former Shihezi City's Eastern Thermoelectric Factory and ransacked her house. Ms. Niu's whereabouts are unknown.
2. [Tianjin] Li Jiang Arrested Again After Three Years of Imprisonment
Mr. Li Jiang, 64 years old, was put into a labor camp for three years after the persecution began on July 20, 1999. After suffering brutal torture, he was released in 2003. However, in August 2004 he was again incarcerated in the Hangu Detention Center in Tianjin for clarifying the truth. At present, he is suffering torture and abuse.

On November 24, 2004, personnel from Fengman District's Taishan Road Police Precinct in Jilin City arrested Ms. Li Shaopeng and her mother-in-law who were doing housework at the time. A four-year-old child has been left at home without care. Li Shaopeng and her mother-in-law are detained at Fengman District Police Department.

4. [Jilin Province] Arrest of Zhu Yingmin
On the morning of November 22, 2004, Ms. Zhu Yingmin heard a knock at the door. As soon as she opened the door, several people from the affiliated police station of the Changyi Police Precinct rushed in and ransacked her house. They confiscated several Dafa books and Teacher's picture. They dragged her away and even did not allow her to put on shoes. At present, Zhu Yingmin is being detained at Jilin City's No.1 Detention Center.

5. [Jingshan County, Hubei Province] Officials Detain Practitioners at a Brainwashing Center
Since November, police from Jingshan County, Hubei Province have ransacked several practitioners' homes without a search warrant. They have confiscated practitioners' personal belongings, Dafa books, cassettes and videos. They also harassed some other practitioners at home and threatened to send them to a brainwashing center. Police in Xiaogan City and Wuhan City have already tortured Mr. Zhou Qing, Ms. Li Xiaohong's husband, until he suffered a mental collapse and was rendered paralyzed. Mr. Zhou also lost the ability to speak. In collusion with Li Xiaohong's sister, personnel from the 610 Office deceived Ms. Li into attending Jingmen City's brainwashing class. She was released after harsh conditions and abuse cause her to become ill.

6. [Beijing] Wang Xu Arrested a Year Ago; His Whereabouts Still Unknown
Mr. Wang Xu, about 27 years old, an employee of Beijing's Telecommunications Company, obtained his master degree in 2002 from the Communication/Engineering Department, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Since personnel from the Beijing's National Security Department arrested him in October 2003, his whereabouts have been unknown.
7. [Inner Mongolia AR] Arrest of Xu Zhiyin and Yang Lanni
On October 10, 2004, Mr. Xu Zhiyin and Ms. Yang Lanni from Sichuan Province were arrested while clarifying the truth of Falun Gong and distributing truth-clarifying flyers at the Muslim area in Huhehaote City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Now they are being held in Huhehaote City's No.1 Detention Center.
8. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Che Jianhua Arrested; His Whereabouts Unknown
Mr. Che Jianhua, in his 30's, holds a master's degree from Tsinghua University and is an engineer for the Operation Section of Guangzhou City's Salvage Administration Bureau. On November 22, 2004, police suddenly arrested him in his office building. His whereabouts are unknown.

9. [Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province] Liang Huizhen and Zhang Hong Arrested
Personnel from Luoding City's Police Department arrested practitioners Ms. Liang Huizhen and Ms. Zhang Hong while they were distributing truth-clarification flyers. Their homes were searched. The police authorities confiscated many Dafa books and materials from Zhang Hong's home. Liang Huizhen's husband is currently working in another city; therefore, the two children have been left at home without care. The two practitioners are detained somewhere in Luoding City.
10. [Guangdong Province] Deng Jinghong Arrested for Distributing Falun Gong Truth-Clarifying Materials
Personnel from the Longtang Police Station arrested Mr. Deng Jinghong from Longtang Town, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province for distributing truth-clarifying flyers. Currently he is being held in Qingxin County's Detention Center.
11. [Chongqing] Jiangjing City Police Arrest Several Practitioners
It has been reported that since November 22, Hu Liang and others from the First Section of Jiangjing City's Police Department forced the local police station to raid Falun Gong practitioners' homes. On November 23, the police arrested Mr. Xiong Jinguo, Mr. Zhang Guangyuan and Ms. Zhao Kaiqin while they were distributing truth-clarifying materials at Niba and Zhaiba in Bolin Town. On November 24, the police arrested Mr. Zhou Changping and Ms. Peng Quanfen in Caijia Town, ransacked their homes, and confiscated a copy machine and truth-clarifying materials.
12. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Wei Zhengjun Arrested and Sent to the Xindian Men's Forced Labor Camp
Someone reported on Mr. Wei Zhengjun, 29 years old, for distributing truth-clarifying materials in July 2004. He is now detained at Taiyuan City's Xindian Men's Forced Labor Camp in Shanxi Province, where he is suffering torture.
13. [Jiangsu Province] University Professor Ms. Cao Nanyang Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor
Ms. Cao Nanyang graduated from Northeast Normal University with a master's degree and is a lecturer at Suzhou University of Science and Technology. In August 2003, Ms. Cao was unlawfully sentenced to two years of forced labor for distributing truth--clarifying materials. Cao Nanyang is currently being detained in the Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jiangsu Province.

14. [Shanghai] Partial List of Names of Practitioners Who Have Suffered Persecution
The Qingpu Forced Labor Camp authorities in Shanghai provide poor quality food to those practitioners who refuse to renounce Falun Dafa. Practitioners in the camp are persecuted with brainwashing, forced to watch TV programs that slander Falun Dafa and pressured to write Guarantee Statements. No one in the room is allowed to talk with each other. Here is a list of names of some of the practitioners who have been held in the labor camp.
Mr. Lu Jingyu (28 years old). Two years of forced labor.
Ms. Ma Yinqin (56 years old). Two years of forced labor.
Mr. Zhuang Wei (31 years old). Two years of forced labor.

15. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Zhu Changxin and Her Family Severely Persecuted
Ms. Zhu Changxin lives in Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province. After July 20, 1999, she was arrested for appealing for Falun Gong. She was once forced to stand outside exposed to the hot sun for a long period of time and had money extorted from her.
One night in 2002, police spotted Zhu Changxin clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. The next day, personnel from the local police station and officials from the village came to her home. They confiscated her Dafa books, exercise tapes and her citizen's ID card. They also stole 30 yuan as well. Zhu Changxin was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. She has been homeless for over a year and her child is alone at home.
