1. [Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Husband and Wife Ren Tiecheng and Tong Suoling, and Their Children Are Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioners Ren Tiecheng and Tong Suoning are from the Huangjin Community in Jiuyuan District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. On the evening of September 20, 2004, local police arrested them together with their son and two daughters. Now Ren Tiecheng and his son are being detained at the Yingliuyao Detention Center. Tong Suoling and her two daughters are being detained at the Baotou Detention Center.
2. [Fangshan District, Beijing City] Several Practitioners Are Arrested
Around September 22, 2004, police from the National Security Brigade of the Beijing Police Department Fangshan Branch arrested practitioners Mr. Li Xuerong and Ms. Duan Zhihong (husband and wife), from Banbidian Village in Hebei Township, Fangshan District, Beijing City. In addition, recently two elderly practitioners, Zheng Fengxia and Hao Jinghua, from the Tan Mugang Village in Hebei Township, were arrested for clarifying the truth about Dafa.
3. [Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Wang Jihong and Xiaosheng from the Liuerbao District Are Tortured
Practitioners Wang Jihong and Xiaosheng are from Liuerbao District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. They have been detained for more than half a year now. Since they refused to disclose other practitioners' names, they are enduring various tortures.
4. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Elderly Practitioners Liu Shuwen and Liu Xuezhen Arrested Again
At around 12:00 p.m. on September 30, 2004, police arrested practitioner Liu Shuwen from Ying Village Da Sub-Division in Xiadian Township, Zhaoyuan City, Shangdong Province, when he was at home. That same day, another practitioner, Liu Xuezhen, from a neighboring village, was also arrested and is now being detained in the Linglong Brainwashing Center.
5. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Zhang Guoliang Is Transferred by the Haizhu "610 Office" to a Detention Center for Continued Torture
Several days ago, the Haizhu "610 Office" transferred practitioner Zhang Guoliang from Mrs. He Guirong Orphanage (where brainwashing sessions were held) to Dongshan District Detention Center (phone number: 86-20-83116743) to continue torturing him.
6. [Heilongjiang Province] Help Rescue Detained Harbin City Practitioner Li Guoyou
On October 6, 2004, several practitioners went to Wanjia Detention Center to visit their relatives. Their visitation request was denied by the detention center, so they waited outside. Later a detention center guard told the center official that he saw a practitioner sitting in meditation outside. The detention center sent out over 20 guards to look into this. They arrested practitioner Li Guoyou, who teaches at Harbin Industrial University. First they kept him at the Wanjia Detention Center. Then they took him to a nearby police station for a body search and interrogation. More than 6 hours later, they released the rest of the practitioners. But they continued to question Li Guoyou and went to search his home that same night.
Now, the Harbin Police Department Shidaoli District Branch National Security Brigade is holding Li Guoyou, who has a wife and a 3-year-old daughter.
7. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Qiu Li from Qingyuan County Is Arrested and Sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for Three Years
On May 22, 2004 (Dragon Boat Festival), while walking on the street, practitioner Qiu Li from Qingyuan County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, was arrested by police from the Qingyuan County National Security Brigade and the Fushun National Security Brigade, including the director of Fushun National Security Brigade, Guan Yong. She was sent to the Qingyuan Detention Center, and her house was searched. Three days later, she was sent to Fushun. She was sentenced to 3-years at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.
8. [Beijing City] Practitioner Gao Huirong from Fengtai District Is Arrested
Practitioner Gao Huirong is about 60 years old. She resides in Apartment 208, Sidaokou Street, Fenzhongshi Village, Fengtai District, Beijing City. At around 10:00 a.m. on September 27, 2004, in front of the Beijing Rubber Manufacturing Factory, she gave a young woman who was managing a sales booth a truth clarification flyer. That woman didn't read it and gave it to a middle-aged man behind her. That man started to chase after Gao Huirong. When Gao Huirong was crossing the road, he caught up with her. Later Gao Huirong was arrested by the police and has been detained ever since.
9. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Dong Yuxiu Arrested
At around 12:00 p.m. on October 6, 2004, practitioner Dong Yuxiu (about 50 years old) was clarifying the truth about Dafa to people in Leisure Square of Jixi City. Several elderly women who did not know the facts about Falun Gong and were misguided by the government's fabricated lies and poisonous attacks reported her to the police by calling 110 (110 is China's equivalent to 911). Police sent Dong Yuxiu to Yongchang Police Station. After finding out her identity they also searched her house. Dong Yuxiu is now being detained at the Jixi Second Detention Center.
10. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Li Shuqing from Shiyan County Arrested
Practitioner Li Shuqing from Shiyan County, Tumen City, Jilin Province is 69 years old. In the afternoon of September 23, 2004, she went out to post truth clarifying flyers. Between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m., she came home and police from Shiyan County Police Station who had been waiting there for her arrested her. To this day, her whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Guanzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Zhong Huiqing's Whereabouts Unknown
On September 9, 2004, practitioner Zhong Huiqing from Guangzhou City was reported to police when he was clarifying the truth about Dafa. After that, he went missing and his whereabouts are unknown.
