The Political Commissar Jin Yuwen of the Army Reserve 72nd Division in Hebei Province dies in a car accident
Jin Yuwen had suffered from a distorted mouth. On November 29, 2003, he took his wife and her sister along with him to Beijing to seek treatment. It was foggy that day and the highway was closed. Jin Yuwen used his influence to have the highway opened for him. At around 8:00 o'clock, driving too fast, his car hit the truck in front of him and the car slid underneath the truck. All three of them died.
During his years in power, Jin Yuwen had closely followed Jiang regime's orders to persecute Falun Gong. He repeatedly organized soldiers, officers, their family members and staff to do evil things. Even the retirees had to participate in the mass meetings that slandered Falun Gong. He has repeatedly slandered Falun Dafa during or after these meetings, forcing people to write the "guarantee letter." He issued an order that if anyone practiced Falun Gong, he would be dismissed from the post and not being allowed to live within the military compound. He frequently sent leaders of each level to pressure Dafa practitioners. Some Dafa practitioners were dismissed from the army, their personal records were destroyed and their salaries were stopped.

Traffic accident for vicious police from Gongan County, Hubei Province
Police Zhou Xianju and two others at the Zhangtian Township police station in Gongan County, Hubei Province, have persistently shown hatred toward Dafa and Dafa practitioners, and actively followed orders of Jiang's regime to persecute them. In November 2003, they unlawfully arrested four practitioners who were clarifying the facts of Dafa. Among them, the oldest was 70 years old, and one of them was a disabled person with a steel pin in his leg. All police officers who have a conscience thought what Zhou Xianju and the other two had done was really bad. On the next day, they had a traffic accident and were seriously injured. One of them dislocated his jaw. At the time of writing, they are still in the hospital.

Having done too many bad deeds, cruel police from Jingmen City in Hubei Province were brought to justice
Mu Xiangzheng, former secretary for Politics and Law Committee and head of the police department, and Ma Quanguo, police department deputy head and head of Dongbao District Police Department in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, were accused of committing a financial crime, accepting large amounts of bribes.
