The "610 Office"* personnel of Huludao City, Liaoning province have again set up brainwashing centers to persecute Dafa practitioners in Xingcheng District and Lianshan District.
They have gathered together former practitioners, Guo Jiben, Meng Fanbin, Wu Guosheng, and others who have turned against Dafa to brainwash practitioners. More than ten Dafa practitioners from Xingcheng District were brought to the centers to be brainwashed. Among them, Dafa practitioner Ling Wanxia (23 years of age) was sent to the Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xingcheng City for first aid on the third day of being persecuted.
At about 11:00 a.m. on July 29, Wang Qiang from the Xinggong Street Police Station, Huludao City, Liaoning Province and Qi Jun, the director of the Xingwang Community, broke into the flower shop run by Dafa practitioner Ling Wanxia, daughter of Dafa practitioner Xie Lijuan. He arrested Ling Wanxia and sent her to the brainwashing center in Xingcheng District.
*The 610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political or judicial systems.
