(Clearwisdom.net) In May, the continuous drizzle in Vancouver brought chills to the people, and they longed for warm sunshine. A friend from Vancouver told me that Vancouver is good in every way except for its lack of sunshine.
On May 18, the originally cloudy sky suddenly became clear. More than 1,000 people-- Falun Gong practitioners of different ages and backgrounds from different places in the world--brought this most beautiful city endless warmth and light. While enjoying the sunshine that suddenly broke out, Vancouver's people were touched by this group.
Practitioners paraded along streets and avenues. People who unexpectedly witnessed them stopped their steps and watched. People's hearts were moved by the beauty and sincerity, and their kindness was awakened. Red lanterns imprinted with the words, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" expressed Falun Dafa practitioners' inner realms. The hand-made lotus flowers represented their sincerity. The natural and graceful Tang Dynasty costumes displayed their beautiful demeanor.
"Who are they?" "Falun Gong!" "Falun Gong? Is this Falun Gong?" "So beautiful! Falun Gong, truly remarkable!" "Can I have a flyer?" People who were touched, very politely asked for answers to questions they had in their hearts. There have been too many lies regarding Falun Gong and the people have been deceived for too long.
The parade ended. People clustered around banners imprinted with words, "Falun Dafa is good", "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance", and "Greetings Master!" and flags imprinted with Falun emblems to take group photos. The splendid sunshine spread to every corner of beautiful Vancouver. A Chinese girl beside me watched with tears on her face. She whispered to herself, "So wonderful!.... So wonderful!..."
