Truth About Persecution

In November 2000, seven Dafa practitioners from Zhuolu County, Hebei Province, including Liu Fengying, Tang Shifeng, Shen Yuhua, and Zhang Shuzhen went to Beijing to validate Dafa. They were arrested and were illegally detained at Zhuolu County Detention Center for more than 40 days. Later, they were sentenced to one to three years of forced labor. Around April 25, 2002, enforcers from Zhuolu County "610 Office" abducted many Dafa practitioners. The authorities took away their property and sent the practitioners to brainwashing classes. During this time, they sent thirteen Dafa practitioners to labor camps, including Zhang Quanxin and Cai Jinhua.

Dafa practitioner Chen Youzhong in Zhuolu County was illegally sentenced to three years in prison, and practitioner Xu Yubao was sentenced to five years in prison.

Some suggestions for making Falun Dafa truth clarification literature: We expose the evil by clarifying the truth, so this theme should be present throughout the whole flyer. We can emphasize certain topics. If too many articles focus on exposing the evil, then the flyer won't achieve the goal of clarifying the whole truth and people will the confused. We can sort literature according to content, level, and target group of readers. It is best to be flexible and would be better if we pay attention to comprehensive flyers. Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

Ever since she had been small, young practitioner, Xixi began studying the Fa with her grandparents. She clarified the truth to her schoolmates. Once, the elementary school Xixi attends received Dafa truth clarification literature, and a classmate reported Xixi to a teacher. The teacher talked to Xixi, who is not yet eight years old. She was not afraid at all and told the teacher, "My grandparents, my parents and I all practice Falun Gong." The teacher asked with disbelief, "Do you know how to practice?" Xixi said, "Sometimes we practice standing up, sometimes we sit down. I began practicing when I was three years old."

The other teachers in the office laughed when they heard Xixi's words. The teacher took Xixi to the school principal, but Xixi was not afraid. The principal saw such a young practitioner and only said, "Xixi is a good name," then he sent her back. After Xixi returned, some teachers asked her for truth clarification literature.

Seventy-year-old Female Practitioner Clarifies the Truth in a Detention Center:

One day in April 2001, seven or eight police officers broke into my home. I thought, "They can't see Master's books," and they couldn't find the books, even after searching for a long time. I was abducted and sent to the police department where the division chief yelled at me, "Why do you practice Falun Gong when the Party forbids it?" I said, "The key is whether you have a good heart. I am being a good person according to Truth- Compassion-Tolerance. Whoever goes against Truth-Compassion-Tolerance and Dafa is committing a crime." I was illegally detained for 15 days.

On May 10, 2001, a fellow practitioner came to my home. Some police officers broke in and claimed I was organizing an illegal activity. They abducted both of us and illegally detained us for 15 days. I said, "So I am organizing an illegal activity whenever a guest comes to my home? From now on, don't even think about releasing me. I am old and am lonely, and I don't have anything to do. After you release me, I'll come to your police department every day to clarify the truth about Dafa to you. I'll save you a trip to arrest me in my home." The vicious police were flustered and said, "Don't come, lady, we are really busy."

In April 2002, police waiting in ambush kidnapped me when I was distributing truth clarification literature. I sent forth righteous thoughts to cause the police car to stop working, and it did. Seven or eight people couldn't fix it. I said, "You should let me go. My Master doesn't allow you to arrest me." They didn't say anything. Around 11:00 p.m., they sent me to the police station in another car and released me.

I took a business trip to another city and went to my aunt's home to clarify the truth to her. I have never been to her home but I had a strong thought, "I must let my aunt learn the truth about Dafa." It was very easy for me to find my aunt. She was about to leave, and if I had arrived five minutes later I wouldn't have met her. She learned the truth about Dafa through me and said she would tell everyone she knows to remember, "Falun Dafa is good."

As long as our mind stays on the Fa when we do things, Master is protecting us all the time, and Master can do anything for us.

News From China

I am 83 years old this year. Before I began cultivation, I suffered from numerous illnesses, also asthma; my spinal cord was severely deformed, but I quickly regained my health after practicing Falun Gong. After July 20, 1999, the evil thugs constantly harassed and persecuted me. I am old and by practicing Falun Gong I became healthy. Jiang's thugs didn't even spare an old man like me. The heavens will not forgive Jiang's persecution against Dafa.
