How six Dafa practitioners escaped surrounding police officers: During the morning of May 15, 2003, lawless police officers surrounded six Dafa practitioners who were sharing a home. The thugs pounded on the door and tried to open the lock; they also hammered on the railings of the house. Onlookers, including the county government head, village officials, large groups of police and peasants filled the courtyard in the neighboring street. We used this opportunity to clarify the truth to all people, and saw that many fellow practitioners were sending forth righteous thoughts in close proximity! Many of the police officers' cell phones rang one after another; some of them read a message on the display and some answered the phone, but all of them were exasperated and hung up. Fellow practitioners in many places were calling the police. The six of us deeply felt the power of Dafa and the power of our united group. Around 9:00 p.m., fellow practitioner H, with righteous thoughts, walked out, right under the police's nose. Before 8:00 p.m. on May 17, all six of us safely escaped.

The Truth and People's Hearts

I am an elderly person living in a remote village in Hebei Province. I began suffering from many illnesses. One of them, ever since I was in my 30s, was rheumatoid arthritis, which affected my whole body. None of my illnesses could be cured and my whole body was swollen. I could only lay in bed and suffer in pain. In January 1999, I foruntately obtained the invaluable Falun Dafa, and all of my illnesses disappered, without my having to take a single pill. After Jiang's gang began persecuting Falun Gong, the township Party secretary told me to give up practicing Falun Gong. I said, "I suffered tremendously for more than 30 years from those illnesses. Who cared about me? Who even asked?" He couldn't answer and walked away.

An 80-year-old woman in my village believed the facts I told her and she was chanting daily, "Falun Dafa is good," "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance is good." After a while she told me, "My chronic headaches and dizziness are gone."

Practitioners Exchange Insights

We should pay attention to the outcome of truth clarification efforts and shouldn't do it just for the sake of doing it.

For the past several years, some practitioners only paid attention to the formality of "posting, hanging up and distributing." Some people learned the truth to a certain extent from that and at the same time they suppressed the evil. However, some people's minds were so deeply poisoned that they threw away the truth clarification flyers before they even read them. A few people were afraid of taking a flyer; some people controlled by evil would even report the practitioners. Facing innocent people, we should use wisdom in our continuous efforts during clarifying the truth to people who are used by the evil and who directly persecute us, and try our best to save them.

About cultivation of speech among practitioners: a while back, a conflict between practitioners at our Dafa materials production site remained unsolved. As a result, it escalated and almost paralyzed our work at the site. Afterwards, when we looked for the cause, we found it was misinformation caused by forgetting to cultivate our speech, which led to misunderstandings that were used by the evil that led to the problem. If we pay attention to cultivation of speech among practitioners, we can minimize our loss. I hope all of us can look at everything from the standpoint of Fa, be responsible for others and ourselves and not let the evil take advantage of our gaps. Let's be the mature Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples.

Truth About the Persecution

The police from the Neibao Division of Buxin City Police Department and from the Politics and Security Section in Haizhou Police Department, continued to kidnap Dafa practitioners. On May 7^th, they took four practitioners away, including practitioner Gao. On May 19^th, they kidnapped practitioner Wang and arrested some suspected persons. Many police officers are currently waiting in ambush outside Dafa practitioners' homes and monitoring the practitioners, forcing many practitioners to leave home to avoid illegal arrest.
