One evening, when my friend and I were distributing Falun Dafa truth clarification materials we met a person who was my former neighbor. She is now working at a TV station in a city in China. We started to chat and I asked her if she had received any articles about Falun Gong. She said: "There was an article today." I commented "Be cautious about this issue!" I felt happy for her awakening. Later, as our discussion continued, she mentioned that she had received truth-clarification materials about Falun Gong.
From this incident I understood our Master's teaching, "So in clarifying the truth, don't
wait, don't rely on others, and don't just hope for changes in external factors" ("To All
Students at the Nordic Fa Conference"). Both Teacher and the Fa are present in any situation.
We should just strive forward on the cultivation path arranged by our Teacher. When we "do what
a Dafa disciple should do"
("Touring North America to Teach the Fa") we are refuting all evil as well as all of the
arrangements of the old forces. This will truly be the same situation in which, "The windstorm
continues through the night, but there is no need to worry" ("Deciphering the Last Three
Stanzas of the Plum Blossom Poem" in Essentials for Further Advancement II).
