One day when sending forth righteous thoughts, an elderly woman saw the old forces angrily descend from the sky. They came down with full armor and stood atop a vast wasteland. The old forces had seen that their puppet men were all eliminated by practitioners sending righteous thoughts, so they became irritated and came down themselves. The elderly woman said, "There is nothing extraordinary about all of you! What we are doing is the most righteous. Teacher Li gave us over ten thousand supernormal abilities. Falun is the universe's miniature. Its supernormal power is unlimited. Can you run out of this universe?" The woman employed Falun to make them go away. Winds immediately began to stir up the dust. After sending forth righteous thoughts for 10 minutes, that area was cleaned up.
The next afternoon, the woman sent righteous thoughts on the hour. The wasteland from the previous day appeared again. There was a large Falun turning just above the ground. It was about the size of a house and it was spinning very fast. All the dust (dark in color) was sucked up and spinning and was pulled into the Falun. Looking down, she saw the ground start to turn green and tiny buds of grass were sprouting out of the ground. Master Li said,
"When people do not have virtue, natural calamities and man-made disasters will abound. When the earth does not have virtue, everything will wither and fall. When heaven deviates from the Dao, the ground will crack, the sky will collapse, and the whole universe will be empty. When the Fa is right, the universe will be right. Life will flourish, heaven and earth will be stable, and the Fa will exist forever."

Immediately it was green everywhere. A beautiful lawn was spreading out before her!
After another round of sending forth righteous thoughts, new scenery appeared. In less than an hour, the grass had grown over a foot tall. About a foot above the crisp green lawn, there was white mist. Far away there were two big mountains and in the middle there was a beautiful valley. Trees grew all over the mountains and extended below the mountains. Looking above and beyond the valley, the brilliant blue sky composed a striking background. The scenery was truly magnificent. A carpet of tiny white flowers sprung up on the lawn, cleansed by the rain. It was really beautiful.
Time flies! It was on the hour again, and the woman again sent righteous thoughts. The trees and the grass were also growing really fast! The dense green grass had grown over a yard (meter) tall, yet still retained its tender texture. Far away on the tall mountains, the young trees on the slopes had grown into towering beauties reaching for the sky, and the valley was full of grass and trees.
The woman realized that Master Li was encouraging us and hinted to us the importance of sending forth righteous thoughts. Interfering evil must be eliminated in order to renew everything!
