Truth About Persecution

The thugs at Suihua Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province force practitioners to attend brainwashing classes, don't allow them to sleep, force them to do group drill for a long time, limit Dafa practitioners' food, force them to do slave labor, curse, beat and give them other corporal punishment with torture tools, and unreasonably extend their detention terms.

On March 1st, Dafa practitioner He Juying from Nanbu County, Sichuan Province went to Beijing and was kidnapped when unfurling a banner in Tiananmen Square on March 3rd. She is currently being held at a detention center and was sentenced to two years of forced labor. Lawless Nanbu County government officials illegally sentenced three practitioners, Liu Liping, Liu Gang and Liu Xinyu to forced labor - one-and-half year for Liu Liping and one year each for Liu Gang and Liu Xinyu. Liu Liping has been on a hunger strike ever since she was kidnapped and she is in a very critical condition.

Dafa practitioner Zhang Quanliang from Chongqing City was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor. He was tortured for a long time at the Xishanping Labor Camp, Chongqing City. This took the form of being brutally beaten, not allowed to eat or drink, the frequency of restroom breaks was limited; he was not allowed to go out of the cell any time in the day, not allow to speak, his sleeping time was limited, and he was subjected to forced brainwashing and other physical and mental tortures. Zhang Quanliang was on the verge of a nervous breakdown several times due to torture.

The lawless thugs in Gaoping Town, Guanghan City, Sichuan Province persecuted more than 360 Dafa practitioners in that town. They tapped their phones and didn't allow the practitioners to work, visit or do business outside the town, illegally withheld the practitioners' ID, ransacked their homes and looted their personal property; they illegally detained the practitioners, sent them to labor camps and brainwashing classes and brutally tortured them.

Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

I do suggest we go to the remote countryside to clarify the truth. My hometown is a very remote village. During the Chinese New Year 2003, I went to my fellow villagers to clarify the truth. The villagers are kind and uncomplicated, and they quickly accepted the truth. They said, "We don't believe what the T.V. says. It must be phony. These days the Party doesn't do anything good." I said to everyone I met, "Please remember that everything on T.V. about Falun Gong is a lie, please don't believe it. Please remember, Falun Dafa is good and tell your family about it. You will have a bright future." They immediately agreed. I went to several towns and a dozen villages and found many people who still don't know about the truth. No one went there to tell them about the truth, nor did I see any truth clarification materials. I suggest Dafa practitioners who are capable go to remote countryside to clarify the truth.

The Fa-rectification path of a Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang Province: In 2000, I went to Beijing twice to validate Dafa. After the police arrested me, I cast away thoughts about life and death and resisted the evil. The evil police couldn't bend me, no matter what they did to me, and in the end they released me. In addition to clarifying the truth and distributing flyers, I hung up banners on electric poles reading "Falun Dafa is good" and also on trees in a village several miles from my home, which greatly suppressed the evil and enabled many predestined people to obtain the Fa. At midnight one day in 2002, the police broke into my home and tried to kidnap me. I didn't cooperate with them and continuously sent forth righteous thoughts. My husband said in a stern voice, "What law did she violate?" My daughter ran outside barefooted and shouted, "Help! My mom is being kidnapped by the police!" My son and daughter-in-law came out of their room and all four of my family members did their best to protect me. When the vicious police saw their situation was not good, they hastily drove away.

Seeing the evil's persecution against me, some fellow practitioners developed fears. Sometimes, I would visit over a dozen practitioners in one day and exchange experiences with them and encourage them to step forward. Every Dafa practitioner is improving. This is harmonizing the Fa.

At 3:00 p.m. on March 18, more than 300 people from many countries including Switzerland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, U.K., Germany, France, U.S., Canada, Australia participated in a protest against Article 23 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong in front of the United Nations. Because of the approaching Middle East war, people pay more and more attention to warfare.
