The Truth of the Persecution

Office Chief Qian Mengjuan of the Lunan District "610 office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] in Tangshan City, Hebei Province is very cruel towards Falun Dafa practitioners. Many Falun Dafa practitioners in the district have been arrested, removed from their homes, and taken to a detention center. Many of them are women in their 50s and 60s, and they have been sentenced to two to three years. Qian Mengjuan's office phone number is 86-315-232-8111, ext.277.

Vice Director Mo Guiliang of Yi County Police Station in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners. Many Falun Dafa practitioners' homes have been searched, and they have been arrested and taken to brainwashing classes or detention centers. There have been more than 100 Falun Dafa practitioners illegally sent to a labor camp by Mo Guiliang, and are being tortured there. Mo also has been ordered by his superiors to extort money from practitioners, resulting in financial difficulties for practitioners, as well as broken up families and family members deaths .

Falun Dafa practitioners are still being persecuted in the Rang District Brainwashing class of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. After Falun Dafa practitioners Wang Xiaohong, Li Shuang were arrested and taken to a brainwashing class, they went on hunger strike to protest the illegal persecution. They have been removed from the brainwashing class, and have since then disappeared. Falun Dafa practitioner Li Zhi left his work place on February 17^th, 2003 in order to resist the evil brainwashing. On March 10, he was deceived by his employer, arrested, and taken to a brainwashing class. He is being closely monitored.

Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

The following is an excerpt from the article, "If You Firmly Hold Righteous Thoughts, Nothing Cannot be Accomplished."

One day in August 2002, I went to a neighboring village to pass out truth clarifying materials door to door. Suddenly someone shouted from behind, "Stop! Are you practicing Falun Gong?" I saw four or five people get out of a little truck, and start running towards me, shouting, "Stop her!" There were two young men standing beside me, and staring at me. My heart was very calm. I walked straight ahead, with a clear mind. Those people chasing me went in the wrong direction.

Truth and Peoples' Hearts

The following is an excerpt from the article, "Never Peel Off Truth Clarifying Flyers!"

An old man in Hubei Province was the husband of a Falun Dafa practitioner. He often cursed Falun Dafa. He tore down a truth clarifying flyer in October, 2001, and said, "I just don't believe that I could die after tearing this up!" He tore down another one soon after. Four months later, he felt very cold suddenly. He had been very healthy, but had to be sent to the hospital for an examination. He died after two weeks, although no major sicknesses were found.

Geneva Forum reported on March 17, that although the government of Geneva published a ban, the Chinese spiritual movement Falun Gong still held a parade in the Place Neuve to protest the persecution by the Beijing government. Police did not interfere with their parade. In front of the United Nation Headquarters, practitioners started their peaceful exercises and meditation. Their activities will last until Tuesday.
