The labor camp in Huludao City has become one of the bases for the old forces to persecute most steadfast Dafa practitioners. We call on the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong to put criminal policeman Liu Guohua on the list of offenders and witnesses in the next lawsuit, in order to hold those who are directly involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners accountable and to prevent his crimes from being repeated.
