[Changchun City, Jilin Province] Police Scheme to Sentence Dafa Practitioners Zou Jihua, Liu Jing and others
In July 2002, policemen from the Zhengyang Police Station in the Luuyuan District arrested Dafa practitioners Zou Jihua and Liu Jing. The practitioners have been suffering excruciating torture and are still detained. Their family members are not allowed to visit them. Now, the police are scheming to sentence a group of practitioners, including Zou Jihua and Liu Jing.
Zou Jihua's father, Zou Benhui, was also detained numerous times. His home was ransacked and he suffered excruciating tortures, which led to serious complications from liver dysfunction, ultimately leading to his death. He died at home in the beginning of 2003.
[Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Rong Zhanmin Suffers Intolerable Pain; Forced Labor Camp Personnel Ignore Him
Mr. Rong Zhanmin is a Dafa practitioner from Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province. On March 29, 2002, Rong Zhanmin was sentenced to three years of forced labor because he distributed some Dafa truth-clarifying materials in Dongfeng County. He was first detained at the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp and was later transferred to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. A while back, Rong Zhanmin experienced severe pain in his legs, but the Chaoyanggou camp authorities didn't pay for his medication. The personnel from the camp ordered his family members to hand in 800 Yuan. After they received the money, though, they didn't pay any attention to Rong Zhanmin. It was not until Rong couldn't endure the pain any more and collapsed that they got him some pain relief medication. Rong is still having severe pain in his legs and feet, but the forced labor camp officials refuse to release him.

Mr. Zheng Jinchun is a Dafa practitioner from Changchun City, Shenyang Province. In March 2002, officers from the Shuguang Road Police Precinct arrested him at home. The precinct head and officer Qin Jianguo, a lawless policeman, covered Zheng Jinchun's head with a plastic bag. He nearly lost consciousness. Later they also constricted his throat to to choke him. Zheng has been illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor and is now detained at the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp.
[Puning City, Guangdong Province] Illegal Arrest of Dafa Practitioners Ji Zhitong and Ya Chuan
In the middle of September 2003, policeman in Puning City, Guangdong Province broke into a residence and illegally arrested Dafa practitioners Mr. Ji Zhitong and Mr. Ya Chuan from Liusha Town. It was heard that they have been detained at the city's detention center and they are on a hunger strike now.

[Beijing City] Unlawful Detention of Ms. Chen Jingxiao at the Donghuamen Police in the Dongcheng District
On September 28, 2003, Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Jingxiao from Beijing was distributing truth-clarifying videodisks. She was arrested and her whereabouts are unknown.
That same night, lawless policemen (one with the surname of Quan) from the Donghuamen Police Precinct/Dongcheng District, Beijing City went to search her house but found nothing they wanted. Then they intended to search Chen Jingxiao parents' house, but were firmly refused. They didn't give up but went back to Chen Jingxiao's home and confiscated a PC worth about 10,000 Yuan. Furthermore, they confiscated Chen Jingxiao's bicycle and refused to return it when the family requested it. Now, Chen Jingxiao's five year old child has no mother's to care for him, and her family is extremely anxious.
