A workplace in China sends people to keep watch on Falun Dafa practitioners day and night: One day, the person who was on duty to monitor Dafa practitioners felt thirsty. A female colleague thus carried a bottle of hot water and wanted to deliver it to that person. Unfortunately, the lady was scalded by the hot water that spilled from the bottle. Later, she went to her bank to cash some money, but she lost her checkbook on her way to the bank. She realized that she must have done something bad and met with karmic retribution and therefore she went to ask a Dafa practitioner about it. The practitioner told her that this was a compassionate warning, because keeping watch on Dafa practitioners was in fact persecuting Dafa. Her going there to deliver water to them was actually assisting them to monitor Dafa practitioners. Wouldn't that be an act to help a tyrant to do evil? She suddenly understood it.

Practitioners Exchange Insights

Be responsible to fellow practitioners -- Inspiration from a petty thing: I wrote an article about how a fellow practitioner went to Tiananmen Square to validate Dafa and tried to send it to Minghui Net through email. However a dialog box appeared with words, "It is dangerous to send your message through the Internet, are you still going to send it out?" This message, appearing one after another, had never been encountered before. In the end, I decided to carefully read what I wrote in the article. Only then did I realize that I used real place-name and real workplace name in the article. If the vicious police officers read this article, they would easily find out the practitioner and the actions they were undertaking. I realized: It is Teacher's Fashen (law body) who saw that there was a loophole in my article and therefore used the message to give me a hint and also prevented the evil force from persecuting my fellow practitioner. I immediately removed the real name of the place and the workplace. When I went online again and sent the email, that mysterious dialog box did not show up anymore.

Hurry up to save people and do not slack off: On a couch, a 20-year-old girl sat beside me. I thought that I, as a Dafa practitioner, who happened to sit beside her, might be the only hope for her to be saved. I made up my mind to explain the facts about Dafa to her. When we got off the bus, I told her, "I am a Falun Dafa practitioner." "What the TV said is actually framing and defaming Dafa. Please find out the truth about Dafa when you have the chance! Please do remember: Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." The girl was moved so deeply that she did not know how to express her feeling but just bowed to me again and again and said: "Thank you, thank you!"

Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions

Dafa practitioners from Panjin City used their righteous thoughts to break away from vicious policemen's persecution

• On noon of September 29, 2002, Mr. Sun Jian, a Dafa practitioner from Panjin City was recognized and abducted on the street by police officers, Cao Zhiyou and Jin Weiting. He was then imprisoned in a detention center in Panshan County. Sun Jian went on a hunger strike to oppose the persecution. The jail doctors then beat him, violently kicking him on the body and head. They even tortured him by applying acupuncture on sensitive points on his face and body. They also cruelly applied force-feeding through intubation six times. Sun Jian resolutely rejected the vicious persecution such that none of the force-feeding was successful. On October 8, 2002, Sun was forcibly sent to Panshan County Hospital, where he was handcuffed and shackled and was under surveillance 24 hours a day. On the evening of October 12, the policemen left for dinner. They thought that Sun Jian had gone on a hunger strike for nearly 2 weeks and his health was in a desperate condition. It was assumed that he was in such a terrible condition that he was unable to walk and, therefore, they did not cuff or shackle Sun. After they left, under Teacher's protection and with strong righteous thoughts, Sun Jian openly and nobly left the hospital.
• In July 2002, Mr. Zhu Qingzhong, a practitioner from Panjin City was arrested while distributing Dafa truth-clarifying materials. He was imprisoned in Linghai Municipal Detention Center. During his detention, the vicious policemen coerced Zhu's family to pay 5000 Yuan (about 10 month of salary for an average urban worker) to buy him out. Zhu's family did not cooperate. After Zhu Qingzhong went on a hunger strike for nine days, he openly and nobly went out of the detention center.
