Beginning on January 12, 2003, in conjunction with the global appeal, Dafa practitioners in the south-west area of Japan held a 3-day peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Consulate in Osaka, strongly demanding the Jiang regime to immediately stop the killing of Falun Gong practitioners.
According to incomplete statistics, Since November 2002, 43 reports of Falun Gong practitioners being tortured to death in China have been revealed overseas, 22 of the deaths occurred after November 1. Falun Gong practitioners urgently called on kind-hearted people around the world to stand up together to stop the Jiang regime's atrocities against Falun Gong practitioners and the continuing of such inhumane crimes.
Falun Gong practitioners peacefully held banners, practiced Falun Gong exercises, sent forth righteous thoughts and held candlelight vigils outside the Chinese Consulate. The activity will continue until January 15.
