Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Case 1
Liu Zhihuai, from the political division of the Dumeng County Police Department in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province has been arresting and cursing Dafa practitioners for a long time. On August 19 he had a car accident and lacerated his liver. His condition is still critical.
Case 2
Zhao Jianxun, police department chief of Dumeng County, had issued an order to detain Dafa practitioners for long terms; his wife now suffers from severe hyperthyroidism.
Case 3
Sun Yusheng, police station chief of Longwangtang Township in Luushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province illegally arrested Dafa practitioner Mr. Dong in Luushun City. Policemen from Luushun City subsequently tortured this practitioner to death. An investigation also revealed that Sun Yusheng and three other policemen from the same police station were corrupt. Now these four are in jail.
Case 4
The security head of Liujia Village from Tieshan Township in Luushun City had often reported Dafa practitioners to the police. He also led vicious policemen to arrest practitioners. He had a motorcycle accident recently when he went out at night to arrest practitioners who were posting Dafa truth-clarifying materials. He fractured several ribs.
