1. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Jicheng Prison Secretly Detains a Group of Falun Gong Practitioners From Other Provinces

According to reliable information, Jicheng Prison, located at Dashaping in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province has been detaining a group of Falun Gong practitioners who are from other provinces. Since the information is strictly controlled, details regarding the number, origin, names, and gender of the practitioners are not known. We have heard that these practitioners all have very strong, righteous minds and have refused any form of forced labor.

2. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Dafa Practitioners Yang Xuegui and Han Xu Are Detained at the Dashaping Forced Labor Camp Hospital

Six Lanzhou Dafa practitioners, including Yang Xuegui and Han Xu, are currently being illegally detained at the Dashaping Forced Labor Camp Hospital. Yang Xuegui contracted scabies when he was detained at the Xiguoyuan Detention Center. The labor camp's hospital confiscates 1000 Yuan per month from his family as the hospital fee. [The average monthly salary for a Chinese urban worker is 500 Yuan.] The police found several relatively large keys on Han Xu when arresting him and said that these were the keys for a safe.
