Mainland Chinese Media Unwittingly Help to Promote Falun Gong Truth-Clarifying Efforts, Triggering Strong Response from People from Different Walks of Life

[Editor's note: Although it is unknown what the exact situation was and who did it, the accusations contained in the propaganda of Jiang's regime have caused the results described below.]

On July 8 and 9, major media outlets in Mainland China reported an explosive news item: from June 23 to 30, nine programs on CCTV and 10 provincial television stations in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, etc, broadcasted some form of Falun Gong truth-clarifying programs.

Jiang's mouthpieces have relentlessly attacked these actions, but the result is that people all over China have focused their attention on this issue. It has become the hot topic of conversation everywhere.

CNN says Beijing moves to discredit Falun Gong

According to CCN Senior China Analyst, Willy Wo-Lap Lam, Beijing authorities have started a nationwide movement to discredit Falun Gong .

Police in Qidong County, Hunan Province Murdered Female Dafa Practitioner Kuang Sue

(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Kuang Sue was from Taihetang Town of Qidong County, Hunan Province. One day in the winter of 2001, to clarify truth to people who had been deceived, she went out to distribute Dafa flyers and put up banners. As a result, the police beat her to death. Later the police quickly cremated her body to remove evidence and claimed it was a traffic accident. The county traffic police team took over the case afterwards. Although we have not yet found the murderer, the following points indicate Kuang Sue was tortured to death:

Friends of Falun Gong, USA Offers a Way to Rescue Mr. Lizhi He From Unlawful Imprisonment in China

Recently, Amnesty International of Canada began a letter-writing campaign on behalf of Mr. Lizhi He, a Falun Gong practitioner who is being unlawfully imprisoned in China. Friends of Falun Gong, a U.S.-based non-profit organization united to support Falun Gong's freedom of belief, has announced its firm support of this worthy cause. It has written and posted pre-addressed letters of support on its website in an effort to make it much easier for concerned people to take action.
