(Clearwisdom.net) On May 11-12, 2002, Falun Dafa practitioners from Taiwan's Yilan County held activities to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Falun Dafa's public introduction and World Falun Dafa Day at the Yilan Cultural Center. We set up a tent outdoors and displayed more than 150 photos, showing Teacher's spreading of the Fa, practitioners?performing exercises as well as the practitioners?journey of safeguarding and rectifying the Fa over the last ten years.

On the morning of May 11, at the opening ceremony, Yilan County legislator Ms. Zheng Mei-Lan and Yilan Mayor Mr. Luu Guo-Hua delivered speeches to express the government's support and understanding of Falun Dafa.
During the two-day activities, we broadcast more than ten Dafa musical pieces. We also practiced the exercises, sent forth righteous thoughts and held a cultivation experience sharing meeting at the square. All of this provided an opportunity for passers-by to gain a better understanding of Falun Dafa.
May 12 is Mother's Day. Many parents and their children came to participate in the parent-child fun competition. We distributed colorful balloons that were imprinted with "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," and "Falun Dafa." We also passed out VCDs and CDs to offer them a chance to know more about Falun Dafa.
The two-day event concluded successfully with a closing speech and the song "Ru Meng Ling -Dedu" (Like a dream-be saved).
On May 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., we spent the entire day studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts.
