When I saw how the police, out of fear of losing their jobs, acting out the roles forced upon them by Jiang's evil regime, and saw how the crowd numbly looked at the banner that I raised with uncomprehending eyes, I wept inside. I felt such pity for them. I understood from reading the Fa and seeing with my own eyes, how people are controlled by the deformed notions that they have acquired. They no longer control their own lives.
Throughout history, the Chinese people have had the deformed notion that "subjects imitate whatever the ruler does." In other words, they have a "slave mentality." They prefer to live in a lowly state of being, with others dictating how they live. They have chosen to believe whatever the TV and newspapers say. Why have they so easily trusted the propaganda? Why have the fabricated lies fooled them? It's because they have this deformed "slave mentality." If you put your mind to it and give it some thought, you will realize that this propaganda is against the Fa of the cosmos that created all matter. This propaganda leads to a bottomless pit. Why don't you ever question why people in 40 different nations practice Falun Dafa? Why don't you ever question the wicked propaganda? Why won't you ask yourself one simple question: "Whom do you really live for?" Why won't you find out the truth? The "slave mentality" is so strong among the Chinese people. When they are destroyed in the end, they will not even understand the reason. These are the people controlled by human notions.
These people are indeed worthy of pity. Master teaches us the Fa of the cosmos. This Fa helps people find their true selves and become free of these deformed human notions. Under the wicked propaganda, people were put to sleep. Right now, I want to shout to those who were fooled by Jiang's propaganda to wake up! We have been controlled by our deformed notions for thousands of years. Today, the Lord of Buddhas is mercifully rectifying the universe. This is our one chance to make ourselves real human beings. This chance doesn't come along even in a million years. I hope that you can revert from your current course, because the Gods are shouting to you and waving at you. Why do you want to abandon your true self and ignored them?
