Chinese police are reported to have arrested another two Australian members
of the outlawed Falun Gong spiritual group after they tried to unfurl a banner
on Beijing's Tiananmen Square.
A Falun Gong spokesman in New York, Noah Parker, says Jarrod Lindon Hall and
Emma Doddrell Hall flew into Beijing today.
He says they were protesting against the Chinese Government's crackdown against
Falun Gong practitioners.
A French media outlet says an eyewitness saw police officers grab the couple
when the man tried to display a bright red banner.
A group of ten Australians were released from custody in Beijing last week after
they were arrested for openly supporting the Falun Gong movement.
