Recently, Jiang Zemin and his regime have built many brainwashing centers in China in order to illegally force brainwashing on local Falun Gong practitioners. Some centers were built very lavishly. They assign former Dafa practitioners who have renounced the practice and joined the persecutors to take turns "helping/educating" steadfast practitioners. They force the abducted Falun Dafa practitioners to listen to and to watch materials that slander Falun Dafa. If the practitioners refuse to give up their faith, they will only be allowed 3-4 hours of sleep continuously for several days, or they will be force-fed, beaten up, abused with torture tools, and sent to forced labor camps.
Where does all this money come from? The Police responsible for the brainwashing classes have revealed that, besides the fines taken from Falun Dafa practitioners, and the required share from each town and township, Jiang has ordered that 4.2 billion Yuan from the State Treasury be earmarked, to give to local governments at the rate of 4,000 Yuan per Falun Gong practitioner [note: the average monthly pay of an urban worker is 500 Yuan]. So the total number of Falun Dafa practitioners that local governments plan to brainwash is over one million!
In suburban Beijing, one township reported that 16 Falun Dafa practitioners had successfully undergone brainwashing. Beijing City gives them 1,500 Yuan per practitioner to cover the expense, and one Chang'an car as a bonus. At every level of government bureaucracy, the pressure is to finish the brainwashing task and to get the bonus, otherwise take the consequences [note: penalties are often imposed on individuals and governmental organizations who are not "successful" in the brainwashing of practitioners]. Just imagine how much these one million kind people will have to endure!
To their surprise and which the police can never figure out, within one month all 16 "successfully" brainwashed practitioners realized that they had been fooled, and went back to cultivating Falun Dafa.
Jiang and his gang use the blood, sweat, and tears of the hard-working common people to persecute kind people. History has already told us where they will end up.
