Falun Dafa practitioner Fu Chunsheng, male, was 51 years old. Because of validating Dafa in 1999, he was illegally sentenced to one year of re-education through forced labor. His term had been illegally extended due to his resisting the evil persecution and steadfastly refusing to renounce Falun Gong. He was finally released in September of 2001. The police picked him up from the labor camp and tried to send him to a brainwashing class. He sent forth the righteous thought that he would be able to walk out of the police station, and once again melt into the current of Fa-rectification. After a period of time he did return home, and continued to clarify the truth to people.
On the evening of December 28, 2001, Policeman Zhang Yuanren and two others from the Jilin City Fengman District Dachangtun Police Station forcefully arrested him. They sent him to the Fengman District Police Department, and from there they sent him to the vicious Jilin No.3 Detention Center.
On January 3, 2002, the Detention Center notified his family that he had died of a heart attack on January 1, at 11:50 p.m. Family members viewed his body on January 5, the sight of which was horrendous and tragic. His whole body was purple and blue, especially his two ears. His face, and even his head, were badly deformed, and his head was oblique. His arms were twisted outwards (suggesting he had been tied up). Blood had been flowing out of his mouth, and his eyes were open.
Falun Dafa practitioners are enduring massive persecution. We urgently call upon all the world's human rights organizations, and all kindhearted people, to please pay attention to this situation and help stop the bloody massacre!
In representing all Falun Dafa practitioners, their family members, and all righteous people, we strongly demand that the Jilin No. 3 Detention Center fully enforce the law and bring these murderers to justice!
