We Can Do What Seems Impossible To Do

On August 25th and 26^th, practitioners from the entire UK and Ireland held a Fa Conference in Manchester, which is solemn and meaningful during this period of Fa rectification. A lot of practitioners drove for a number of hours after work to catch the meeting and arrived in Manchester before dawn. A few Taiwan practitioners came along way to support this Fa Conference as well.

The conference began with a video program of the "Song of Life" provided by the Fang Guang Ming TV Station. Through the majestic and stirring music and scenes all practitioners in the conference hall were deeply moved and integrated into a harmonious whole by the energy of Dafa. During the Fa conference a video program was shown entitled "SOS urgently rescue the Falun Gong practitioners in China", which was specially prepared for this Fa Conference in the UK by the Fang Guang Ming TV Station.

The theme of this conference was how to clarify the truth more actively and speed up the process of Fa rectification in Europe. Some practitioners who spoke at the conference shared their personal experiences from participating in a variety of of SOS actions.

Mrs. Guo who has overcome a wide range of difficulties and just finished the SOS car journey around the UK told us, during the journey through 61 cities, there were many mayors, councilors or their secretaries who personally received them; over a dozen different media interviewed them and they gained a large amount of support from the kind English people. Some people in small towns even didn't know about Falun Gong. After being informed of the real story of Falun Gong they amazingly queued for signing the petition to condemn the crimes of Jiang Zemin's Regime in China. One councilor of a city has just called for a Falun Gong class in his city and he will help to provide a free place for it to be held.

A Practitioner who finished the great SOS walk of 452 miles throughout the UK mentioned that in order to be on time for a press conference in Manchester, he had really achieved the wonder of walking hundred Chinese li (53 kilometer) in a day, even though his feet and knee were already in pain and every step was difficult. He kept the righteous thoughts in his mind and repeated in his heart, that the righteous thoughts of Dafa disciples are powerful. As a result he successfully reached the destination on time. After undertaking this walk he was unexpectedly promoted to the position of manager by his boss instead of being dismissed due to his absence of nearly one month.

A couple who are from the Czech Republic returned to their motherland and embarked upon a SOS Journey there, which gained the great support of government officials, mass media and the Czech people. A lot of Czech people seem to have a predestined relationship with Dafa. A lady from Spain has also made a SOS journey in Spain and met with the media to clarify the truth to the Spanish public. She appealed to those attending the conference to break through the obstacles of country borders in Europe and help out with the Fa rectification in those countries with few Dafa practitioners.

On the second day of the conference practitioners held group exercises, sent forth righteous thoughts in the Peace Garden. As the final program, several practitioners stood up in turn to give news releases, and other practitioners acted as different media to raise questions so all can learn to be more effective in clarifying the truth to the public.

During this Fa Conference practitioners spent most of remaining time repeatedly studying the new jingwen. Shortly after this Conference, another SOS action of the "SOS Europe walk" will take place. It will definitely break through the limits of country borders and help bring practitioners in different European countries together into a whole.
