2001 New York Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Concluded Successfully

The 2001 New York Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was successfully concluded today. About 1,000 people from North American, Asian-Pacific and European countries attended the second day of the conference at Sheraton Hotel at midtown, New York City.

The conference hall looked stately and harmonious. A large picture of Master Li Hongzhi was hung in the middle of the podium with Falun emblems on both sides. During the one-day event, practitioners from Mainland China and the Eastern United States presented their experience sharing reports. They recounted moving stories and described the positive changes they had gone through after starting to practice Falun Dafa. They also shared their experiences of overcoming tribulations, and how they had stepped forward to promote Dafa and clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to the public. A couple of practitioners from China described the persecution of Falun Dafa in China and how the practitioners there had resisted the evil crackdown and bravely stepped forward to validate Dafa. In the afternoon, practitioners also watched videos clarifying some of the misunderstandings around the April 25^th "Zhongnanhai Incident." The conference was conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner. Many practitioners felt that it was very beneficial and had helped them deepen their understanding of Dafa.
