He patiently explained that he should not receive any undeserved pay and that he had to take into account the fact that my husband had sometimes helped with the work. This moved me so much, because today, in this material world, such an honest person is so hard to find.
In order to express our gratitude, I made him a present, a 14K gold chain. He declined the gift, so I had to forcibly put it in his car. Two days later, I was surprised to receive a phone call from him. He told me that he had returned the chain and that I could find it in my newly fitted dressing cupboard. He didn't have any desire to gain advantages. This is the true reflection of the high Xinxing that Falun Dafa practitioners cultivate.
This year, I hired Mr. Lin to renovate our kitchen. It happened that both my husband and I became busy at work, so I gave Mr. Lin the keys to the whole house. I completely trust this Dafa practitioner and I greatly admire his integrity and diligence. Mr. Lin is a Falun Dafa practitioner, and through his actions he truly reflects "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."
