Congratulatory Messages Sent to the Hong Kong Conference

Before the Hong Kong Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was convened, practitioners in Mainland China and Toronto, Canada, as well as the Falun Dafa Associations of the Mid and Western United States sent their congratulatory statements to the Conference.

In the statements, practitioners expressed their highest respect to our esteemed Master and warmest regards to practitioners in China and Hong Kong. They also extended cordial greetings to the practitioners who would be attending the conference.

In their statements, practitioners expressed their gratitude at the support given from the Hong Kong government and public. It is said in the congratulatory statement from the Western U.S. Falun Dafa Association: "We admire the Hong Kong Special Administrative Government for upholding justice and maintaining its judicial independence [when handling this conference]." The statement from Toronto states: "We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Hong Kong government for providing the conference location. The just and rational decision will bring prosperity and well-being to Hong Kong and its people."

The significance of this conference was also stressed in the statements. The Toronto statement said that the Hong Kong Conference will once again encourage Dafa practitioners to strive forward in their cultivation and help awake the conscience in people's hearts; while the statement by the Western U. S. Association states that, "at this critical moment of Fa-rectification, the conference held in the Hong Kong Special Region has attracted worldwide attention and carries great significance. It also plays an important role in eliminating the evil force."

Practitioners also expressed their determination in playing the role of Dafa particles, following Master's teaching, cultivating themselves more diligently while assisting in the Fa rectification process. As expressed in the statement by the Western U.S. Association: "We believe that with the arrival of the period of Fa rectification in the human world, Hong Kong will no longer be the only territory of the People's Republic of China that can openly host Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conferences. This 2001 Hong Kong Conference is just the prelude to the thousands of Falun Dafa conferences that will soon be held in Mainland China."
