The New York Experience Sharing Conference has come to a successful conclusion. More than one thousand practitioners from North America and all over the world were in New York promoting Falun Dafa and explaining the truth to the public this past week.
Some practitioners prepared two types of T-shirts for those who came to the conference and participated in the Dafa promoting activities starting from Sept. 5. The message on the front of one of the T-shirts reads in English: "China: Free all the Jailed Falun Gong Practitioners." In Chinese it reads "Falun Dafa is Good." On the back the message reads "China: Stop Persecuting Falun Gong." On the other T-shirt printed in both Chinese and English were the words "Falun Gong" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance."
At a dinner after the whole event was over, practitioners had sincere discussions about the experiences they had had at the conference and the shortcomings regarding the work of promoting Dafa and how to do better in the future.
Some practitioners said that throughout this conference, everyone made great progress in their understanding of rectifying the Fa, assisting Master in the human world and explaining the truth to the public, and understanding how to do everything on the basis of the cosmic climate of rectifying the Fa as a whole.
In order to do better, some practitioners said that we should break through our previous self-restrictions regarding the methods of promoting Dafa. We should also fully utilize any kind of positive means in the ordinary human world to effectively let people from all walks of life know that the Chinese government is brutally persecuting Falun Dafa and what Falun Dafa really is.
When talking about the importance of collaboration and coordination among practitioners, some practitioners said that first of all, the coordination and exchange could help practitioners on different levels better understand the significance of revealing the viciousness of the persecution and the promotion of Dafa. Secondly, coordination and exchange among practitioners can help summarize the good experiences that can in turn be used to keep the Falun Dafa promotional work going better and better. And finally, whenever encountering a conflict, one should look at oneself and be responsible for Dafa, other practitioners, oneself, and the society. We should together be diligent in further progress and improve ourselves.
