Early in the morning, I practiced the Falun Gong exercises and felt energetic. Back at home, I recited Master Li's poem and read Falun Dafa books.
Master Li said: "The boundless content of Dafa plus the supplementary meansthe exerciseswill enable you to complete cultivation." (Falun Dafa Essentials for Further Advancement p143.)
I quarreled with my brother and sister, revealing my competitive mentality. Quite a few attachments appeared and are hard to eliminate, making me feel so sad.
Master Li said: "For a cultivator, all the frustrations he comes across among everyday people are trials." (See Falun Dafa Essentials for Further Advancement p40.)
I met other practitioners and studied Dafa together. We read the books and exchanged cultivation experiences, finding out inadequacies and eliminating attachments, which made me upgrade fast.
Master Li said: "Reading the books more and studying the books more is the key to genuinely upgrading yourself. " (See Falun Dafa Essentials for Further Advancement p142.)
I went promoting Dafa, hanging banners, distributing flyers, and practicing Falun Gong exercises. Those predestined people come to learn Dafa now and they won't regret it in the future since they can achieve consummation in Dafa.
Master Li said: "Actually, it is the Fa that saves people, and only Master can do such a thing. You have only helped people with predestined relationships obtain the Fa. " (See Falun Dafa Essentials for Further Advancement p58.)
