Recently, a few people gathered in Hong Kong and organized some activities that contradict the principles of Falun Dafa. The Hong Kong Falun Dafa Association, therefore, specifically declared that a few people with ulterior motives, aiming at severely damaging the reputation of Falun Dafa, plotted the activities relating to the so-called "apparitions". These activities have no connection with Falun Dafa practitioners all over the world (including Hong Kong), and have nothing to do with Falun Dafa.
Falun Dafa is an orthodox cultivation system based on cultivating xinxing (heart nature; moral quality). It teaches practitioners to follow the principle of "Zhen-Shan-Ren" (Truth-Compassion-Forbearance), to improve their xinxing, and to be good people with high moral standards. The principles of Falun Dafa emphasize repeatedly that the improvement of one's xinxing and the upgrade of one's level are fundamental. It also teaches practitioners absolutely not to be attached to the pursuit of the supernormal capabilities developed in the course of their cultivation practice, or the scenes they see with their tianmu (third eye) in other dimensions. Otherwise, they will take a path that deviates from Dafa. Some people broadly disseminated the illusions they have seen because of their attachments or things they fabricated out of ulterior motives among practitioners and to the public, and also gave willful interpretations of them. They even attempted to launch various activities and the like. All these behaviors deviate completely from the principles of Falun Dafa, and are by no means anything genuine Falun Dafa practitioners should do. We can no longer regard those people who cannot recognize their mistakes and correct their reckless and willful behavior as Falun Dafa practitioners. They should be held responsible for all the consequences that result from their actions.
