This month last year, a most notorious page in human history was revealed. The Chinese government, manipulated by a few people with ulterior motives, left a most shameful memory in the history of China; i.e., it declared Falun Dafa, which has helped tens of millions of people elevate their moral standards and improve their physical and mental health, as illegal. From then on, the Chinese government started a villainous crackdown on Falun Dafa disciples. The vicious and villainous means they employed are beyond human comprehension. Practitioners are fired, heavily fined, ordered to quit school, sent to jail without trial, sent forcefully to mental hospitals and given various harmful injections, and tortured to death during detention in 24 cases up to date. All of these cases are the result of brutal beatings and inhumane treatment.
In such a vicious environment, Falun Dafa practitioners in Mainland China strictly follow Master's instructions, bearing in mind Zhen, Shan, Ren (Truthfulness, Benevolence, Tolerance), and endure persecution with a benevolent heart. They patiently tell the truth and their heartfelt wishes to the Chinese government and Chinese people over and over again, explaining how Falun Dafa helps them to become good people of high morality. Despite the fact that the government not only turns a deaf ear to them but also punishes them by sending them to jail, dismissing them from their jobs, and threatening their families, they step forward just the same to face all kinds of torture. They peacefully and patiently express their true feelings and wishes to the government and the people. Their sincere hearts move the heaven and earth. What they have been doing is not for their own benefit. They just want to provide an opportunity for those people who have not got a chance to know Falun Dafa yet to obtain the law, and for the Chinese government to correct its mistake by awakening the attention of the world through their peaceful actions.
Like all the overseas practitioners and the practitioners in Mainland China who are suffering the tribulations, Australian Falun Dafa practitioners have the same wish and understanding: a human body is hard to obtain, and so is a righteous law. It's an invaluable opportunity for a life to be born into the time of a broad promulgation of a virtuous law like Falun Dafa. Once this opportunity is lost, it will become an irredeemable regret. Therefore, like millions of Falun Dafa practitioners, we Australian practitioners are trying our best to assist Master in spreading the law, telling the truth to people around the world and bringing the voice of Falun Dafa to everybody who has a predestined relationship for the great law.
