[Si-chuan Province] Practitioners Persecuted for Signing Appealing Letters to NPC
During the session of National People's Congress (NPC), practitioners sent petition letters to NPC appealing office. The appealing office, however, forwarded the letters to the local police departments. As a result, the police departments of Chengdu City, Jiao County, Mian-yang City, and De-yang City etc have arrested those practitioners who signed the appealing letters and are interrogating them.
