Vile People That Persecuted Dafa Practitioners in Laiyang, Shandong Province

After the evil acts of persecution in Laiyang, Shandong were exposed on Minghui, people, both internationally and locally, responded strongly. Locally, kind-hearted government officials and citizens were shocked. They had never dreamed that government officials, who live on taxpayer's money, would treat a group of innocent and harmless people like that. With their kind and vigorous support, we have been able to gather a second list of vile people:

After their evil treatment of Dafa practitioners was exposed, the people listed above became angry and their behaviour towards practitioners became even worse. In October of this year, several Dafa practitioners went to Beijing to appeal. When they were arrested and sent back, these vile people brutally beat every one of them. A young practitioner was hung up and beaten so badly that blood was running from his pants. People that were watching couldn't bear to watch the scene, and said: "Every family has children" (meaning how could anyone be so mean to someone so young - translator).

Other practitioners were handcuffed with two pairs of handcuffs when they were arrested from their homes, and their arms were twisted into the shape of an "S". These vile people also aggressively kicked the practitioners' heads. Also in October, Zhang Shaohua, together with his police officers from the Lanzi station, illegally broke into a practitioner's home. In broad daylight, and watched by many people, they robbed the practitioner's home of his TV and motorcycle. Many people that were in town for the fair witnessed their savage acts.

Since March, under their direction, some vile persecutors tortured more than 30 local Dafa practitioners using extremely brutal methods. They forced practitioners to work and to drink alcohol, and even claimed that they would "disable all your cultivation energies". They also forced practitioners to curse Dafa and the Teacher. If practitioners refused, the above named people used rubber clubs and electric batons to beat them wildly. Some practitioners were beaten to near-death, and they were rolling and crawling on the ground. Several practitioners were tied to big trees under the baking sun, (the temperature was over 30?C (86?F)), until they fainted. They detained practitioners illegally for more than 30 days, and fined every practitioner 1000 to 5000 Yuan (Chinese dollars, the monthly salary of an averaged worker in cities of China is about 500 yuan)

After their evil deeds were exposed, they continued on their wrong path and helped Jiang Zemin in the persecution. One day in late October, Cheng Sheng and Lin Yueqing broke into a practitioner's home with more than 10 policemen, in order to arrest the practitioner. The practitioner left home and no one knows his/her whereabouts. Liu Hongtao hid himself near the practitioner's home, and arrested every practitioner that visited. In order to arrest this practitioner, they even disturbed his/her family and neighbors. Not too long after that, Cheng Sheng lead a group of policemen into another practitioner's home, searching and confiscating whatever they wanted. This harassment and robbery greatly disturbed the practitioner's family, making them unable to live a normal life.

Last January 6, Dafa practitioners went to Beijing to appeal. They were arrested and transferred back by the local government. Xiu Shujiao ordered a group of people to arrest these practitioners and other practitioners that did not go to Beijing. They forced these practitioners to curse the Teacher and destroy Dafa books. They tortured those practitioners who refused with punches and kicks as well as electric batons. They also broke into some practitioner's homes and seized Dafa books. The practitioners who went to Beijing were fined 1000 to 5000 Yuan. Those who did not go were fined 500 Yuan. They also detained the practitioners for more than 40 days.

On October 3^rd of this year, police officers from the Magezhuang station lured 18 practitioners into the village committee with the pretense that a meeting was being held, then arrested them and sent them to the police station. During this time, the local government officials and police tried to interrogate practitioners. When the practitioners refused to answer, the police beat and abused the practitioners. They detained practitioners for more than 17 days without charging them with any crimes, and wasted resources by having 4 people watch one practitioner. They also fined every practitioner 1000 to 3000 Yuan (Chinese dollars, the monthly salary of an average worker in cities of China is about 500 yuan). On the evening of October 25, they arrested another 4 practitioners and detained them for more than 10 days without charging them with any crimes.

Jiao Shiai was very fierce and brutal with any Dafa practitioner that went to Beijing to appeal. One practitioner who was sent back from Beijing, was handcuffed to the iron gate of the factory by Jiao. As the workers opened and closed the gate, the practitioner was dragged back and forth. He detained all practitioners that went to Beijing in the security office. One practitioner was handcuffed to the security office door for three days and three nights, standing the whole time. For the practitioners that persisted in their cultivation, Jiao slapped them in the face with all his strength. This brutal torture really makes one angry.

Two Dafa practitioners from the Laiyang Hygiene School went to Beijing to appeal. Ge Zujun forced them into a psychiatric hospital, and illegally kept them there for over a month. In October, another two practitioners went to Beijing to appeal. Ge directly sent them to a detention house. In the mental hospital, Mao Chengwen and Li Tao were the direct persecutors. They treated all Dafa practitioners that were sent there with injection that destroy the central nervous system. Many practitioners were tortured so badly that their bodies swelled up, some felt no strength, and some even lost the ability to take care of themselves.
