Dear International Human Rights Organizations and Officials:
We offer our apologies for writing this letter on toilet tissue. We were left with no choice under this extremely difficult situation.
On behalf of all Falun Dafa practitioners detained in the Beijing's Xicheng District Detention Center, and other illegally detained, tortured, and disabled Falun Dafa practitioners, I submit to you the following facts and appeal:
Under the directive of Jiang Zemin, Chinese law enforcement organizations defy the International Human Rights Conventions, override and damage all human decency and morality, slander and harass our teacher, Master Li Hongzhi, and Dafa practitioners worldwide. All upright and honest people around the world should help us peacefully end these atrocities. This evil should not be allowed to continue!
Due to Jiang Zemin's absolute control of information and suppression of more kind-hearted Chinese leaders, we are not sure whether our letters and other appeal documents have reached Premier Zhu Rongji or other government officials. We do not even have the freedom to appeal. Tens of thousands of Dafa practitioners have been detained, tortured, and even persecuted to death without having a chance to register a single word of appeal. Hundreds of practitioners, including myself, were deprived of the right to defend themselves in court or even to have attorneys. These crimes continue to this day, and have recently been escalated. In Xicheng District Detention Center, practitioners held hunger strikes simply to have our letters delivered directly to Premier Zhu Rongji and other government officials. Many practitioners were seriously injured while being force-fed during the hunger strike...
For the benefit of all human beings, and out of the most basic human decency, we sincerely request International Human Rights Organizations to investigate this situation and to support the righteous and expose the evil. We will cooperate with your investigation in every aspect according to Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance, the fundamental characteristic of the universe. Please help us restore the good reputation of Master Li Hongzhi, restore the good reputation of Falun Dafa, and restore our physical freedom.

No Regret
My Statement to the Court
In years of Cultivation, we are showered in Teacher's compassion every single day, Learning how to improve Xinxing,(note: heart/mind nature) and become better people. Facing the vicious and destructive propaganda, we went through confusion and balancing. But our original nature understood the Law. Finally, we stepped forward, leaving behind our self and gaining a boundless heart. We have to tell people the ruth. We are the beneficiaries of ultivation. We are the ones who know the outcome. Who can tell us right from wrong without having practiced cultivation?
We were taught to be honest in elementary school. Everybody says, "The Communist party is the earnest e." We started our journey to appeal to the government with hope and trust, Believing that the truth would be clarified sooner or later. Unexpectedly, handcuffs and jails greeted us. We were told to practice secretly at home, and learn how to protect ourselves. How could I take that advice, do I deserve to be a human being while doing that? There should be morality and justice in the world, and so should there be among our practitioners.
Who said we have no feelings? Our unlimited benevolence is for everybody. We do not want to see more falsity among our progeny. We do not want to see morality being destroyed. Doing this is for the sake of everyone in the world, not just families and ourselves. Doing this is for the future of human beings, not just current self-interest. It is the ultimate universal law that created the Universe and all humankind. When we show the Falun and banners to public, we are bringing fortune to the world. Even if I'm losing my last drop of blood, I still have to tell everybody
Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance is the sole criterion to discern good and bad people.
In fact, cultivators do not have a single enemy on the earth. We bear no hatred in the harshest situation. Please don't be afraid of us We are unarmed, yet we have no hatred or regret, even when we are tortured. How could we organize anybody without power or personal benefits at stake? Do we have to lose our freedom and lives for simply insisting on justice? Reputation, self-interest, and sentimentality are attachments that cultivators need to let go of. Do we have to pay so much, just for a space to cultivate our mind and body?
We won't lie against our will; truth is truth, false is false. We are Falun Dafa practitioners.
We do our best for the sake of humankind in this Universe. Gods are the witnesses of our great hearts. Please ask yourself if you can insist on justice even if you have to give up your life. If you can give up your self-interest and only consider others' benefits?
Can you behave like a magnanimous man, By following "Humanity, Justice, Propriety, Wisdom, and Faith"? All the good and bad deeds will be reattributed with good or bad results sooner or later.
Being one more self-disciplined person believing in Gods or Buddha, One less criminal with no faith and no law. The true permanent life can only be achieved by following the characteristic of the Universe. Dafa practitioners are validating Dafa with their lives.
Is it righteous or evil, truth or falsehood?
History will give the best answer!

I hereby entrust Falun Dafa Association (U.S.A.) to appoint attorneys on my behalf to sue Jiang Zemin in international Human Rights organizations and other legal institutions.

Note: Nine Falun Dafa practitioners, including myself, received an official summons from Beijing Xicheng District Court on October1. We were brought on trial on October 12, and deprived of our right to make statements during the trial. Our 5-minute statements were disrupted many times and we were forced to leave the court many times as well. We appealed on October 19, and were notified of our rights at the court on October 27. Before the trial of October 30, we were notified that we have to defend ourselves since none of our family members could be reached. The court ignored my argument that the judges and persecutor could not try the case in a fair manner because they were taking orders directly from Jiang Zemin. I refused to sign the court record since the court violated the legal procedure by adjourning repeatedly during defending arguments. We were secretly sentenced and the original court verdict was upheld. During the process, they ignored our request to make further statements and continued their pronouncement. Practitioner Li Jie was forced to leave the court for "disturbing court order", and the court ignored our request to leave the court together with her. Li Jie was handcuffed with her hands behind her until we returned to the detention center. We were forced to sign the sentence record. Before signing, I stated that "the legal procedure was violated, Jiang Zemin is the one that should be sentenced. Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa of the universe, and sooner or later good and bad deeds will be repaid."
