Mengmeng is a little practitioner, nine-year-old, from Changchun, Jilin Province. As young as she is, she has a high enlightenment to Dafa. Everyday after she finishes her school work, she always remembers to study the Fa and cultivate herself. Whenever encountering any conflict, she can always be strict with herself in accordance with the high standard of Dafa practitioners. Last year when policemen came to her home to search for Dafa books, she hid herself in a corner of the room, bitterly crying. When her mother and her aunt went to Beijing to make an appeal to the central government, she dared not to go to the toilet alone at night. At that time, Teacher released Falun (the Law Wheel) to light her way. She also heard a sound saying, "Mengmeng, don't be scared." From then on, she was no longer afraid of going to the toilet alone. When she heard the derogatory words against Dafa broadcast on TV, she asked her mother to take her to Beijing to validate Dafa, and explain to the general public that Falun Dafa is a real and miraculous universal Dafa. This year, when she saw the evil beings brutally persecuting Dafa practitioners, and heard the rumors that reversed white and black spread on TV, she insisted that her mother take her to Tiananmen Square to validate Dafa. Her mother thought that she only wanted to go there for fun, so she strictly criticized her. But Mengmeng justified herself to her mother, and some of what she said was even beyond her mother's understanding. Her mother knew that she was not kidding but genuinely wanted to go to Tiananmen to validate Dafa. Her mother then happily took her to Beijing.
At 11AM on October 27, Mengmeng and her mother came nearby the National Flag in Tiananmen Square. Mengmeng witnessed a scene where policemen and plain-clothes policemen brutally beat up a Dafa practitioner. She saw this fellow practitioner unfurling a banner reading "Restore the innocence of Falun Dafa!" and explaining to the people in the square the benefits that Falun Dafa brings to the country and its people. He was immediately beaten by the uniformed and plain-clothes police. When he fell down to the ground and was kicked by the policemen, this fellow practitioner tenaciously shouted out "Falun Dafa is good!" and "Restore the innocence of Falun Dafa!" Mengmeng was greatly touched by this scene. At that time, she saw her mother unfurling the banner and walking to the crowd, shouting "Falun Dafa is good!" Mengmeng immediately unfurled her little banner reading " Falun Dafa is good!" and shouted out "Falun Dafa is good!" "Restore the innocence of my Teacher!"
After being arrested, policeman asked her why she did not stay at home and go to school. Actually, Mengmeng is a good student at school. She answered, "This matter is more important than any other matters, because Falun Dafa is a righteous Fa!"
When Mengmeng was interrogated alone, the policeman asked her, "Why did you come here?" She answered, "I just came to validate Dafa!" The policeman said, " That's right! I am also a Dafa practitioner." She asked then, "If so, please recite Teacher's 'Knowing Heart', see if you can remember it." The policeman indeed recited it fluently. Mengmeng wanted to continue testing this policeman, so she asked, "Tell me what Teacher's Fashen (Law body) looks like." The policeman answered, "Blue hair, and yellow clothes."
After a while, this policeman left, another one came in. Mengmeng could tell the latter one was not a Dafa practitioner, judging from his words and actions. The policeman asked, "Where are you from?" Mengmeng said, " I can't let you know this, because I came to validate Dafa, if I tell you where I am from, you will send me back." The policeman asked then, "Why don't you go to school instead of coming here to appeal?" She asked him in reply, "If a person is seriously ill, can she go to school? You arrested and beat Falun Gong practitioners. You are persecuting good people. Only bad people are happy about this!"
Before practicing Falun Dafa, Mengmeng was in poor health. Her parents worried and tried finding ways to improve her health, but none of them were effective. After practicing Falun Dafa, Mengmeng's health has greatly improved, and she also has become very considerate. She always courteously greets others and helps her mother with some household chores. Teacher opened her tianmu (the third eye) to a very high level.
The policeman seemed to be touched by Mengmeng's words, failing to find any words in response to hers. After a while, he asked again, "Won't it do if you go dancing and do aerobic exercise to have your illness cured?" She answered, "I used to learn dancing and take aerobics classes, but neither of them was effective." The policeman then asked, "Why don't you study hard?" She answered, "I have studied very hard, and I even self-studied foreign languages." The policeman did not expect that he would get nothing from a nine-year-old girl. He finally said impatiently, "You can go now!"
As a result, Mengmeng's mother was put in jail, Mengmeng was sent back home to go on with her schooling.
After Mengmeng came back, the fellow practitioners happily held her high up, and congratulated her on her great deeds. Some practitioners felt regret for not daring to unfurl banners when they went to Tiananmen Square. Still some other practitioners said, "Such a little girl could be well enlightened and dared to go to Tiananmen Square to unfurl the banner. We can no longer selfishly stay at home to 'solidly cultivate ourselves'." Many practitioners, after hearing Mengmeng's experience of validating Dafa, went to Tiananmen.
