Meeting of Souls
When opening the map of Canada, it is not hard to notice that the Fa promotion activities prosper in some areas, but are poor in others. Practitioners from Toronto formed a group to travel thousands of miles to the northwest to promote the Fa and assist Mr. Li Hongzhi in the human world. When three female practitioners went back to xx province, many practitioners from different areas of Canada also went to peacefully appeal at local Chinese Consulates. Ms. Chen, a 70-year-old practitioner received a flyer tarnishing Falun Gong distributed by the Chinese Consulate. As soon as she finished reading it, she wrote an article titled"Eight Questions for the Chinese Consulate." She and two other practitioners went to Calgary and met with practitioners from Edmonton and Calgary to peacefully appeal to the Chinese government by demonstrating Falun Gong exercises. Among the more than twenty practitioners from different areas, three of them were Westerners. Some practitioners overcame great obstacles from their families to be there. Although it was the first time for everybody to meet one other, they all felt very close. Everyone understood the meaning of the Teacher's compassionate waiting and the sacred responsibilities of every disciple's cultivation in this special period of Fa Rectification.

Passing Information to the World
Four reporters from the media arrived, while the melodious music of Pudu (Delivering All From Torment) and Jishi (Saving Humankind) filled the air. They were two major local newspapers, Tsingtao Daily and New Times Daily. They were like the righteous angels who quickly spread Falun Gong practitioners' voice to the world. To our great gratification, the righteous forces in the human world were suddenly rising.

The Closed Gates
Three fellow practitioners representing three different areas tried to formally deliver petition letters written in both Chinese and English to the Chinese Consulate across the street. As always, their gates were tightly closed. There was no response even after ringing the doorbell many times. We had to insert the letter between the bars of the gates. This had become a unique way for the Chinese Consulate to "accept" petition letters. We only hoped that the people inside the gate would seriously think about these issues: Whom on earth are you lying for against your own conscience? Why on earth are you so ashamed of facing your own people? You should be responsible and care for your own life instead of harming yourself by pursuing temporary interests.

Open-heart Discussion
The practitioners did not want to leave, so they had a discussion right there. The topics were mainly about why we ought to step forward for Dafa and the meaning of cultivation within Fa rectification. We all felt the Teacher's boundless compassion. When many practitioners did not have patience to wait any longer, the Teacher still waited and waited only because he has great compassion toward all beings; the Teacher cherishes us more than we cherish ourselves. Quite a few practitioners cried because they were cherished and protected by the Teacher. They deeply regretted that they did not practice diligently in their cultivation before. Regardless of what has happened in the past, we stepped forward today and fully realized that we must closely follow the Fa rectification process led by the Teacher and proceed diligently on the way of cultivating ourselves.
We realized that we did not only break the scope of individual cultivation, but also formed the trend of overcoming the boundaries between areas. When we mentioned that Fa was not yet spread to a particular province, a Western practitioner volunteered to contact people who were interested in learning Dafa in that area.
It was time to leave. We encouraged each other by saying: "Some day later, we will see each other again."
