Mr. Zhang Shouyun, fifty-eight years old, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. After July 20, 1999, he was harassed and threatened many times. His son was also illegally detained many times. He suffered a lot both mentally and physically and died on September 18, 2003.
