(Minghui.org) Mr. Zhang Ping was incarcerated 9 times at detention centers, brainwashing centers, and prisons for her belief in Falun Gong. After he returned home in 2011, security officers at the Donggang District Hospital continued to harass him. In severe pain and mental anguish, Mr. Zhang died on the afternoon of April 27, 2013.
