Dafa practitioner Ms. Duan Qingfang, 48, lived in Zhanchangbo, Guocheng Town, Haiyang City, Yantai City, Shandong Province. Beginning in February 2001, she was transferred between Haiyang City Detention Center, brainwashing classes and later the Wangcun Labor Camp, where she was tortured to near death. She passed away in February 2002 soon after being released from the labor camp.
