Case Description:
Mr. Deng Zuxiong was a worker at the Baihe Power Plant in Kai County, Chongqing City. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1997. After the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, he persisted in cultivation. In August 2001, Zhang Daicheng from the county police department, together with people from the power plant, ransacked Deng's home and also fined him. The second day after the search, Deng passed away, at the age of 57.
