Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhao Baolan, 61 years old, from Dongying City, Shandong Province went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. She was reported and arrested, and was taken to the Hekou District Detention Center, Dongying City. During her detention, she suffered from brutal torture. When she was finally released, her eyes were seeping pus and her mind wasn't clear. She died on November 28, 2000.
