Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhou Dewei was 48 years old. He lived in Santaizi, the Huanggu District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province and worked as a quality inspector at the Shenfei Company. Mr. Zhou was brutally tortured at the Huazi Prison in Liaoyang City and passed away on September 29, 2004.
