Case Description:
Ms. Zhao Fenghua is a Falun Gong practitioner who lived in Beiguo Village, Yaogou Town, Changle County, Weifang City. She is about 53 years old. In late February she was illegally arrested for distributing Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Police officers from Changle County "610 Office," including Fan Tao, brutally tortured her. One torture device they used on her is called "good man bad," which is even rarely used on the convicts awaiting execution. On March 11, 2002, Ms. Zhao Fenghua died due to the brutal torture.
