Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Tian Fujian lived in Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province. He was arrested twice between the years of 2000 and 2001. Police officers and officials have constantly come to his home to harass him. In September 2006, Mr. Tian Fujian was arrested again and died soon after he was released on December 23, 2006.
