Mr. Liu Shaobo, 65,lived in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. He was detained in a brainwashing center located in the Mrs. He Guirong Welfare House. Due to abuse, he fell into coma on April 18, 2001. Finally he was taken to a hospital, where he passed away on April 19, 2001.
