Case Description:
Ms. Ma Zhijin, who was in her 60s, was from Changchun City, Jilin Province. When she was visiting her daughter in Dalian City, she distributed some truth-clarifying materials. Officers from the Laohutan Police Station in Dalian arrested him. During her detention there, Ms. Ma jumped from the second floor of the police station and was severely injured. She died in November 2003.
