Case Description:
Ms. Qu Jie was a practitioner from Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. She was a retired worker around 60 years old, and lived in the Gongnong District of Hegang City. Because she firmly cultivated Falun Dafa, she was arrested in late April 2002 and later sentenced to four years in prison. Recently Ms. Qu was tortured to death at the Harbin Female Prison in Heilongjiang Province.
