Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Li Chunyan was a resident of Baishan City, Jilin Province. She began practicing Falun Gong in 1995 and was the volunteer coordinator the local Falun Gong exercise site. She went to the local government to appeal for Falun Gong in July 2000 and was arrested and fined 2,000 yuan.
Chief Wang led several officers and raided Ms. Li's home in December 2014. They kept her detained for one year until she became incapacitated due to abuse she suffered in detention. She died on May 2, 2017.
